Guangzhou Demuda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was held at the headquarters of Lesso Group. Ye Wenxiang, chairman of Guangzhou Demuda Radio 

and Television Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Demuda Optoelectronics Company") and his delegation; Huang Lianxi, Chairman

Optoelectronics Company, introduced the project 1.0 planning of the new energy manufacturing plant in cooperation with Liansu, and Huang Lianxi, chairman of 

the board of directors of Liansu Group, also showed his attitude towards the land area and production cycle of the joint venture company, and then, the leaders of

At the meeting, Ye Wenxiang of Guangzhou Demuda Optoelectronics Company and Huang Zhanxiong, vice president of Liansu Banhao, signed a strategic cooperation 

agreement on behalf of the two sides. Based on the principle of complementary advantages, win-win cooperation and common development, both parties, through 

friendly consultation, and on the basis of fairness, honesty, trust, equal cooperation and mutual benefit, intend to jointly invest in a joint investment company in Shunde 

District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, to engage in the research and development, production and sales of photovoltaic inverters, energy storage, charging piles 

and other products.
